Summer Exchange

This summer, St. Paul Prep is hosting 33 students from China. Many of them come to SPP from our schools in Shanghai and Guangzhou. Our summer teachers, Ms. Hovey and Ms. Anderson have been doing a variety of fun projects with the students.

Ms. Hovey’s class is in the beginning stages of an art project where students will be making masks and writing poems.

Ms. Anderson’s class learned about the temperature difference between water and saltwater. They made ice cream to test the theory.

In addition to time in the classroom, students travel to many area attractions in the Twin Cities including the Science Museum, Valley Fair and the Como Zoo. Below is the group at the Mall of America.
